Hello Friends for Health, Taking responsibility for your health is an ongoing educational process. As research is being done we discover more about how this incredible instrument of communication works and what it needs to function for the maximum benefit not only for ourselves but for the community of man. We each have an essential part to play and without our part the whole is incomplete. To fulfill that part we need to be clear, open, and vibrating at a high frequency to receive guidance. Do you know that the very food we put into our mouths can be measured in megahertz or Life Force. The closer our food source is to light the higher the vibrational frequency of that food. Ingesting high vibrational nutrients results in the body becoming attuned to higher frequencies. Anything vibrating below 10 megahertz is technically considered dead. Some grasses, greens, and sea vegetation vibrate between 200 and 250 megahertz. The Standard American Diet ranges between 10 and 50 megahertz of Life Force. No wonder it is referred to as SAD and no wonder degenerative diseases have become rampant. It is also interesting to note that vitamin pills register below 10 megahertz, which means they have virtually no life force. There is something about a whole living food supplement that you just don't get from a pill. Just take a look at a pill and it doesn't take a scientist to discern that it doesn't look like it has much potential to support life. Food is medicine and food supports the life of the cells, which are the foundation of the body. The more whole, the more alive, the fresher the better. It is a good thing to be suspicious about inert looking things that promise to make our lives better. The breath, fresh whole food, pure water, sunshine, exercise, laughter, friendship, rest ...these are the things that support life. In this letter I want to present some information about another great myth that is being perpetuated. It is the one about the cause of Osteoporosis, which is currently responsible for more people entering assisted living and nursing homes than any other degenerative disease. Most women over the age of 55 will tell you that they are in the "osteopenia" range, which means borderline osteoporosis. Why is this? Most think it is because they are Calcium deficient and that it has something to do with hormones. This is not so. Here is the real reason. The SAD (Standard American Diet) is very acid producing in the body. Soft drinks, meat, processed foods, dairy products, alcohol, and coffee for example are acidic. When the inner terrain of the body becomes acidic the body, in its infinite wisdom and attempt to balance the acid condition seeks something very alkalizing. Calcium is the most alkalizing mineral in the body. The storehouses for calcium in the body are teeth and bones. In this balancing act, calcium is leached from the bones causing them to become porous and honey-comb like. So it is really an over-acid condition of the body that is the cause of bones snapping and not a calcium deficiency. Yes, it is helpful to take liquid calcium such as Osteoprocare to alkalize the inner terrain and stop the "robbing Peter to pay Paul" activity in the body, but it is also necessary to stop the insult, which means cutting back on acidifying intake. Many people feel the alkalizing benefits of taking Osteoprocare almost immediately. If you are needing to rebuild bone you do need absorbable calcium to be present. God knows, it is not present in even the best organic produce anymore. So we do need to supplement with calcium.
